Are you based on Majorca or are you transfer brokers?

Majorca Airport Transfers are based on Majorca with offices in Palma airport arrivals hall, Port Alcudia and the UK . The company is licenced by The Balearic Tourism Council and full members of AVIBA (Spanish equivalent of UK ABTA)

Majorca Airport Transfers are not transfer brokers operating far away from Majorca and passing airport transfers with all responsibility to local agents. We have our own fleet of modern air conditioned transfer vehicles plus a great team of professional and helpful drivers.

Can I change details of my transfer bookings?

No problem, just e-mail us any changes after a transfer booking has been confirmed. Unlike most other transfer companies and transfer brokers WE DO NOT make a charge for changing details. Some transfer brokers charge 15 euro for each detail change.

Are there any extra charges on top of your web site transfer rates?

Our advertised transfer rates are the same for day / night, weekday / weekend, bank holiday / fiesta day transfers.
Providing Child Seats/ Boosters carry an extra charge as do Bikes in bags/boxes, Travelling Golf Bags, Surf Boards, etc.

Luggage of 2 items per passenger (aircraft allowance) are included in transfer prices. Small extra items such as folding childrens pushchairs also included. If you have other extra items please contact us to make sure they can be transferred in transfer vehicle size selected. 

What happens if our flight is delayed ?

No problem, our customer reception office in Palma airport arrivals hall monitor incoming flights for any delay allowing us to re route vehicles if necessary so transfers are always available. Unlike some transfer companies we do not charge a waiting fee for delayed flights.

How do we pay for transfers?

Pay on arrival in euro cash if your flight arrives between 6am and 10pm ( booking deposit not required) or pre pay by Credit/ Debit Card. The choice is yours. For flights arriving after 10pm and before 6am transfers must be pre paid.

Where do we meet our transfer driver?

Your transfer driver will be waiting at our customer reception office in Palma airport arrivals hall. Details of the office location with map and contact telephone numbers are sent to all transfer customers when bookings are confirmed. The customer reception office is close to baggage hall exit gates B and C and easy to locate.

What shall I do if we lose an item of luggage in the baggage collection area?

Go to your airline luggage handling agent inside the baggage collection hall and advise them. They will arrange for the luggage to be delivered to your holiday accommodation.
IMPORTANT. If you are delayed leaving the baggage collection hall please send a member of your party to advise our customer reception office you have arrived.

Can we book return transfers to Palma airport departures when in Majorca?

Return transfers are best arranged via the web site booking form when making arrival transfer bookings. If that is not possible then when in Majorca telephone our main office (all English speaking) on 971 549497 and they will arrange return transfers for you.

We require taking to one location then collected at another for return transfers, is that possible?

No problem. If you are staying in a hotel, villa or private apartment and have to vacate early but your return flight is a lot later just call our main office 971 549497 with details of the return collection location.

Do I need to confirm return transfer details when in Majorca?

Yes, please phone 971 549497 24hours beforehand to confirm we have all the correct information. Or on arrival at our Palma airport reception office a receptionist will confirm return details with you.

It is best to confirm return details as we have picked up errors this way from the initial transfer booking form, especially with return flight time and collection times.
