Hi Colin,  just got back magalluf stag party. This is just a few lines to say  how happy I was to book with majorca airport transfers having to  sheperd 8 lads to and from hotels. The pickup was perfect both ways even though we had to change hotels because the vista sol was over booked so we had to be moved to the hawaii. There was still no problem with the transfer. I made a booking with yourselves to transfer my wife and children to Santa Ponsa. Unfortunately they were due to fly from Glasgow on Sunday 1 July 2007. As a result of the terrorist attack their flight was transferred to Edinburgh and did not leave until 8hours after its original time. I contacted your UK office to inform them of the alteration and the gentleman on the phone could not have been nicer and more sympathetic. He assured me that your staff would monitor the flight at Palma. On the morning of 2 July I awoke to 2 missed calls and a text from you saying that you were having a problem tracking the correct flight number due to changed airports. I was concerned at this point that my wife may have missed the pick up. Later that day I called my wife in Santa Ponsa and asked if she had met your driver alright. To my amazement she said that the driver was waiting as planned at your office in Palma airport arrivals and he was absolutely brilliant. After a very long and arduous day he was a ray of sunshine. I have just booked a transfer with you for 11 July. If possible could I request the same driver so that I can thank him in person Once again can I thank you for looking after my family on a very trying day in Glasgow. Russell

We would just like to say how efficient we found Majorca Airport Transfer Services on our trip to Majorca from 17th - 22nd September. Your booking system via the internet is great and your direction to your offices at the airport were easy to follow and concise - we found your office without any problem from Baggage Reclaim. Even with a 2 hour delay to get to Majorca, the staff in Palma Airport were really helpful in finding us a driver as ours had had to go off to do other duties (understandably as we were not arriving for a further two hours above our scheduled landing time). For our return journey and collection from the hotel your driver arrived on time to get us back to the airport. Your vehicles were spacious and the service was excellent, proffesional & efficient. We would have no problem in recommending M-A-T to other people and we look forward to using your services again in the near future. As we ave travelled to Majorca and stayed in the same hotel on other occasions we knew what to expect but arranging our own transfer (rather than part of a package) was new territory to us.
